COMMERCIAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS

Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Gonelectrical L.L.C.

1. Service Agreement Scope

All commercial electrical services, site assessments, construction subcontracts, and maintenance agreements provided by Gonelectrical L.L.C. are governed by these Terms and the specific written Scope of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreement (MSA) executed with the property manager, facility director, or general contractor.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

Commercial work is quoted on a project-based or contract-tier basis with transparent schedules of values. Payments on construction scopes follow agreed draw milestones and formal lien waiver exchanges. Ongoing maintenance contract billings are invoiced monthly or quarterly on Net-30 terms.

3. Warranty Terms

Gonelectrical L.L.C. warrants all workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from municipal final inspection sign-off or substantial completion. Installed fixtures, switchboards, transformers, and breaker components carry their respective manufacturer warranties, which are documented and transferred to the client upon project close-out.

4. Contract Cancellation & Renewal

Preventive maintenance contracts renew annually unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date. Property portfolio adjustments (adding or demising leased suites) can be incorporated via written contract addendum.

5. Liability Limitations

Gonelectrical L.L.C. maintains $5M in commercial general liability insurance and operates under strict OSHA and National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines. Liability for indirect, consequential, or economic business interruption losses is limited to the terms specified in the executed commercial MSA.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any controversy or claim arising out of commercial electrical contracts shall first be submitted to good-faith executive negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved through binding commercial arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any associated commercial agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the project site is located, without giving effect to conflicts-of-law principles.
